Pastoral Administration Support – Attendance and Medical

36.66 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays. Term Time + 5 days.

The Brian Clarke CE Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pastoral Administration Support Officer for Attendance and Medical.

The role would suit someone who has experience in an office or pastoral setting.

Working under the guidance of the Deputy Headteacher, and surrounded by the Pastoral Team, you would provide efficient and effective administration support to our wonderful team of Pastoral and Senior Pastoral Officers, including supporting them with their attendance duties and creating and maintaining student medical records.

This position will be based at The Brian Clarke CE Academy, but may from time to time require travel as necessary. to collaborate with other schools which are all locally based and to make home visits as part of the attendance team.
